WHAT WE DO

Our highly skilled staff have over 100 years’ combined experience in the fish industry.

 

We pride ourselves in our superior quality fresh fish, our reliability and believe that the customer is “king” and our service is very important to us.  It is our superior reputation which has seen repeat business and recommendations over the past 15 years. We deliver to a network of catering establishments and restaurants in the South East with renound chefs complementing our produce.

 

We are proud to hold our EEC Healthmark and also our sustainability policy which we believe is second to none. Being an independent business, we believe that the attention to detail is vital and we endeavour to exceed expectations to meet customers’ demands. Coupled with the knowledge and expertise of the team here at Linton Seafoods, we are confident you will be impressed by our standards.

It starts each morning at 3:00 am at Billingsgate Market, London 5 days a week to collect fresh and frozen fish as well as seafood. Billingsgate Market has the UK's largest selection of fish which have been delivered daily from around the world. We are fortunate to receive fish from exotic Countries which supply us with fish such as snapper, tilapia, bass and bream to name a few.

 

Not only do we source our products from Billingsgate Fish Market, but we also source products from Grimsby, Peterhead, Shetland and more locally, Rye. We believe in sourcing our produce locally where possible.

 

Once the stock has been loaded onto the refrigerated vans, it is then transported to Linton’s large unit in East Peckham, Kent where the fish is prepared under the guidance of Prep Chef of 25 years, Chris Smith and then distributed to customers.
